What is the link with Selected Brewing Ingredients BV?

BI Homebrew is a full subsidiary of Selected Brewing Ingredients BV. Due to the scale of Selected Brewing Ingredients, SBI Homebrew has access to the same quality (certified) brewing ingredients as professional microbreweries.

Is there a physical shop?

No, SBI Homebrew is a webshop and can only be visited online. It is possible to pick up orders placed in our warehouse. This can only be done by appointment. When checking out, please fill in the preferred date and time block in which you want to pick up your order.

I would like brewing advice, is this possible?

We do not give personal brewing advice. However, you can find a lot of (technical) information on our website. As a subsidiary of Selected Brewing Ingredients BV, we are in frequent contact with leading suppliers. Information we receive from suppliers can be found in the specific product information section.

How do you guarantee the quality of the brewing ingredients?

All the products in our shop are certified, so we can guarantee high quality.

Will the current corona crisis affect my order?

We are doing our very best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We still aim for orders placed and paid before 12 noon to be delivered by TNT the next working day (within the Netherlands). We reserve the right to deliver at a later date if the product is not in stock. In addition, it is possible that TNT has a delay due to the corona crisis. We will do everything we can, as far as our possibilities reach, to be there for you in this special situation. Stay safe!

I have placed an order, how can I track my order?

Track your order with your personal Track & Trace code via the TNT website. You will receive this Track & Trace code by e-mail when your order is packed and shipped by us. More information about ordering and delivery.

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed and paid on working days before 12 noon will usually be delivered by TNT the next working day (within the Netherlands). We reserve the right to deliver later if the product is not in stock. In addition, it is possible that due to circumstances TNT is delayed. Please note that TNT has different delivery times before and during the holidays, and that there may be a delay due to the current Corona crisis.

I want to change the delivery date, is that possible?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery date. Orders placed and paid on working days before 12:00 are usually delivered by TNT the next working day (within the Netherlands).

Can I pick up my order at a TNT pickup point?

No, it is unfortunately not possible to pick up your order at a pickup point. Orders will be delivered to your home, unless you have specified a different delivery address.

I have received a damaged product, what now?

Transport damage has to be reported immediately (within 48 hours) to SBI Homebrew. Report the shipping damage by e-mail with a clear description, including pictures, of the product and packaging. See also our Terms and Conditions for more information on liability.

I received a different article than I ordered, what should I do?

In the unlikely case that you receive a different article than you ordered, please contact our customer service within 2 working days after delivery. The next steps will then be discussed. Call: +31(0)413 – 78 38 44.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over € 75 and less than 25 kg. For orders above 750 kg, we will contact you personally to coordinate the shipping costs. The shipping rate depends on the actual weight (grams/kilograms) and volume weight (length x width x height).
